Campaign added: I Hate Mountains 2

I played some maps and most of the time it worked fine.
Sometimes I saw pink "ERROR" in the map, but after reconnecting it looked fine.
The MP5 is not visible in your hands and when it is equipped, a lot of error lines appear in the client console.
Lets try it for some days and see how it goes.
(alServ2019 needs a restart to activate the map)

Game crashed on 2018 while loading the second map of this campaign, server time 00:13. Tron and oddis in the game as well, all crashed out. The same thing happened at least once before several months ago but I forgot to take note of it back then.

Clients may crash in custom campaigns when they are using certain addons.

I've disabled spawn uncommon infected for that campaign.
Maybe that helps.
I further could disabled:
- csm
- CSS weapon unlock
- melee weapons which are not in the map
All that could help to get a custom campaign running better.
Very often problems are caused because of precached models.
Sometimes the custom map is so huge that additional precaches done by plugins will cause problems.
And the most common plugins which need precache are:
- spawn uncommon infected
- csm
- CSS weapon unlock
- melee spawn control
