Melee in custom campaigns

I've managed to modify and compile the melee sourcemod extension for windows and linux (yeah, not a plugin a real extension).
If a custom map has custom melee weapons they should be available now.
For testing only on alServ2017 for now.
If you want you can check your custom campaign vpk if there is a custom melee inside and test if it appears in the game then.
