Yesterday I was asked if we have an alServ IRC channel.
I never thought about that.
So what is your opinion?
Are you using IRC?
What is a good free Windows IRC client?
What is a good free Linux IRC server?
Are there any free IRC servers where we could get some free channels?

I personally don't think, that we need a IRC/ICQ server. We have steam, mumble, and the webchat here. Mumble can also use text only. Pro: its on a deu/EU host, its encrypted and has good quality. You have all you need there.

If some others one more chat platform, we should look out for a EU Host, that also allow encrypted communication. My point of this.
