Connection problems to steam

It seems that there are some connection problems to Steam since a few days.
The servers loose connection to Steam sometimes.
My Steam client also disconnects me sometimes or even does not start properly.

Connection problems to steam are normal. I got every day one time slow speed to steam or connection breaks. Nothing to do, valve don't talk to community.

the problem about crash / disconnection its affecting more Steam Beta, im using Beta because some stuffs and since 2 days it starting to download something that does not show you, then crash and so. Beta users must go back to normal steam but even normal steam have problems too :S.
