Problem with list of custom maps/campaigns

We are testing many custom campaigns.
Sometimes each day a new campaign is uploaded.
Sometimes some campaign has to be disabled later.
So the installed active campaigns will change often.
Each first map of a campaign has to be added to a file to be displayed in !votemap.
The list should also be available e.g. in the forum so that players know what to download.
All in all it is a lot effort to keep everything up to date.
And I don't have the time and mood for that.
I'm thinking about some automatic solution but this is effort as well.
