Campaign updated: "Surrounded by the Dead II"

I've updated the campaign "Surrounded by the Dead II" on all servers:

As always: Some servers need a restart to activate the campaign.

Trying to update the campaign locally but when accessing the site i don`t see a download button anywhere...

Can you tell me where it is ?

For me the download button was as usual on the page that I've linked.

When using Firefox with no-script addon, the download button was hidden behind the center image (top right corner)
After allowing scripts for this site and a reload of the page, the button displayed correctly above the top right corner of the center image.

I'm installing it on the servers at the moment.

Using Google Chrome + Ad block , it seems that disabling Ad block on the site revealed the hidden buttons.
