Only one campaign in each forum post

I think we should post each single campaign request in a separate "New Topic" in the "[L4D2] Custom Campaign" forum.
When a single campaign is discussed in a single "New Topic" it is easier to keep track of each campaign.
Otherwise the comments in the thread will mix up and it is hard to follow.
