Rankup music removed

The plugin was playing a rank up musik to the player when he ranks up.
This sound was overlaying all the game sounds so that you could not hear anything else (e.g. a hunter sneaking behind you)
I have removed this music.
The sound file (kind of a bell) playing for all users is still active.

The method call used in the plugin ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]) has a lot of parameters.
Maybe playing of this music could be adjusted so that it does not hide the game sounds.

Send me The source codes, so I can try to get the plug in to work with the codes from the infected plugin from l4d1. It can play more as 3 different sounds at the same time.

You can download the plugin source code from the server.
It is in the sourcemod scripting folder.
The plugin name is "gungame_network.sp".
The code I have disabled is on line 5644 and 5647-5652

When I think about it we should always put the source code of all running plugins in the servers scourcemod scripting folder.
So that all of us can have a look there always.
From now on I will always store the matching source code to the sourcemod scripting folder.
(And we should try to do that for all the older plugins too)
And we should modify the plugin version with each source code change so that we can easily see in "sm plugins list" which version is running.
And it would be good to keep a backup of the previous plugin source code version.
Maybe with some_plugin.sp -> some_plugin_v1.2.3.sp
So that the latest one has no number and the previous ones have a number.

So feel free to have a look.
But it is not so important.
I think playing this music is a little distracting anyway.
So if you can get it work properly we should maybe choose another music file.
