Difficulty adjustments: alServ2018 Coop Dyn & alServ2019 Coop

I've made some difficulty adjustments on alServ2018 Coop Dyn & alServ2019 Coop.
CI and SI should be a little stronger now (from 30% to 40% per player)
Spawn time for SI should be shorter now (from 30-60 sec to 15-40 sec)
Tell me if you recognize anything.

Changed something again.
CI health is lower now but more CI should be around now.

Maybe I should search for better plugins.
But currently my time is limited.

Additional problem is, that all SI spawn plugins are broken since the update. See [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I met a smoker wearing a kevlar... Hard to shoot, unexpected but groovy !
It seems SI spawn more often too...
