Important: Save and restore rank

1) Get your personal password with your old/previous game installation (e.g. your RevEmu game installation)

Type in chat:

!getpassword

Copy and save the password (e.g. YOURPASSWORD) which is displayed.
You will need it to restore your rank.

2) When you lost your rank (e.g. on your new legal steam game you have bought)

You can restore your rank in your new game install with your secret password.
See 1) how to get your password from your old installation.
If you are not able to retrieve the password with your old game, send me a PM via the forum.
Tell me at least your player name on GunGameMod.
And if possible your old steamID and your new steamID.
I can retrieve the password and send it back to you via PM.

Connect to GunGameMod server with your new game and enter in console (not in chat):

Code:

sm_loadpoints YOURPASSWORD

It should say something like "points loaded".
Now you should have your rank back in your new game install.

You can also type this in chat (if you don't know how to open the in-game console):

Code:

/loadpoints YOURPASSWORD

With using "/" nobody else can see what you type in chat.
Don't use "!" or the other players could see your password.
