Movable Minigun on all L4D2 servers

Now you should be able to move the Miniguns on all servers.
So take one with you if you need some extra firepower.

Yeah, useful, realistic (no glue on the tripod generally) and fun to see, you carry them on your head like a giantspiderhat...
You cannot use them while carrying it and you're slowed down.
Shift and right click to pick the stuff.

It could have been better in a caddy like in the b movie : Zombie Apocalypse.
