Plugin: Pipe and Bile shove

I'll change the Pipe Bomb and Boomer Bile shove plugin config slightly so that you can shove CI away and not stick the pipe and the bile to them.
I think it is better this way.
You can select pipe, shove the CI if they came to near and then throw.
You can still stick the pipe and bile to all others (SI, tank, witch)
Maybe I will add a modifier key for sticking the pipe and bile to CI but not for the moment.
