No custom maps and different Tank setting Empty

Currently there are no custom maps on alServ2018.
SuperTanks plugin is disabled at the moment.
And more Tanks are configured using the old MultiTanks plugin.
I had to adjust the MultiTanks plugins because it spawned additional Tanks near a player (z_spawn had to be replaced with z_spawn_old).
