FYI!
Sometimes a ban is not removed properly.
The SourceBans ban is removed automatically but the SourceMod or game internal ban stays active only on that single server.
So you should be able to connect to the other servers.
If this ever happens to you, tell us.
We have to remove the entry by hand then via rcon and removeid command.
Maybe we can find an automatic fix for that issue.

As far as I know it never happened for L4D2.So only L4D seems to be affected by this problem.Update: It seems to happen on L4D2 as well.
