Campaigns added

I've added the following campaigns on all servers:

• Centro ( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] )
  
• Indiana Jones and the Temple of Zombies ( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] )
  
• Payload Hoodoo ( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] )
  
• Dead Getaway ( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] )
  

We've also tested the campaign Pasiri ( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ) but the stringtable dictionary is missing in the maps:

Maybe we will fix the campaign and offer a download for the fixed version.

Hello,

Can wait to test the maps, but since i`m doing some remodeling inside my house, the gaming will be postponed untill the next week.

The first map i will play is "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Zombies"


PS: Harrison Ford was a good "Indiana Jones"
