I think there is no plugin for one game and hold 3 accounts. (I think you want 3 different person play, but no in your account like grandmaster?)
You may try on steam disscount buy game for 3 persons, or make 3 installation no steam, and every player on one computer have his ovn account for play. Im not sure about all that, i tipping on cell phone and cannt check different way.

I told you days ago, so I can´t understand why you are asking the same thing here right now.

You can´t play with thirdpersonshoulder view, because is cheating, Valve disabled on VERSUS , and you can´t use thirdpersonshoulder in our server because server is running with sv_cheats=0.

Using thirdpersonshoulder view, you will alter point of view and you will get advantage over other players (normal players using firstperson view) because you could see around corners, through walls etc. moving the camera.

If you try to alter your point of view past the point of a normal player, using hacks or an addon (.vpk file) to enable thirdpersonshoulder, the SMAC module EyeAngleTest will detect this and you will be permantly banned. Don´t come here crying if this happens.

I guess he asked about 3rd person view.
And as far as i know it works only with sv_cheats 1 option enabled.
So no it will not work.
