Added 2 custom campaigns

I have added 2 custom campaigns:

• Death Row
  
• The Arena of the Dead
  

They are active on alServ1013.
The maps will be available on alServ1014 & alServ1015 soon too (I don't want to kick the players just to enable a map^^)

You can sort the list by "Changed" column to see the latest changes on top.
Click the campain name link to download the map.
