Toxic player

Hi Albert, moderators and everyone in the forum:

  I don't mean to sound like a crybaby but if I got to the point to open a new thread and talk about a guy, who in my humble opinion is rotten to the core, is because he has become unhealthy for the Alservers. Let me explain why:  

  This guy I'm referring to is Grand Master, a player who is always teasing everyone, mocking at the way other players play, always telling everyone else what to do as he owned the place, etc... On top of that he's always spamming with his characters and unnecessary smileys and a couple of times I've heard him listening to music while playing, too. Even Mylach once warned him against it. He's an old player and he knows the rules clearly.

This guy is also xenophobic and I'm not saying it just because I don't like him. This is true and it's something we all had been putting up with since the beginning of the year.  

I'm sorry I can't donate and help the server to go on because I don't trust e-payments but at least I can report damaging people like this guy who has gone too far. All you could ever want after a hard day's work is to have fun between friends and not to have to read everything some guy would feel like spamming. He's been even banned like 4 or 5 times before and he kind of deserves a lifetime ban now, doesn't he?  

I hope you won't take me wrong and pay a little attention to this message. I think it's for the best.

there is a chupi-pandi group who want to ban GM because they dislike to play with him. This sounds as a plot of this chupi-pandi group, against some specific player, they want to rid of the server.

You was not playing "The day of the offense" but you are here reporting it, maybe a friend of your chupi-pandi group told you to report him?   .

Belmont , Paula and others latin players are using similar smyles in the chat, but don't bother you?, ahh maybe they are members of the chupi-pandi group . What about reporting the latin player who is sprying pronografic images, don't bother you?, or this guy is a member of the chupi-pandi group too?

So you found time to read the chat 2 days ago and report only this specific player, but you never found time to read chat logs to report and ban other toxics latin players as Mondra, Logan, Monster, Zero, Masterkiller, Samir, lota and every current permanent banned latin players infecting our server, with racism and homophobic language, mic spamming. Nice !!!.

What about reporting some members of your chupi-pandi group  who knows other players cheating or evading bans and not informing us about it?

I know many of you, urge in discussion with GM and you would like to ban GM just for hate. that´s very obvious.

I personally, never will take any actions against others players, just because a group of players, members of a chupi-pandi plot group, it would like to ban him without any evidence of rules infringement, and when there are some members of this chupi-pandi group, plotting against others, and doing similar things as the player that this chupi-pandi group wants to ban.

David "The Gnome" "told me" you was playing music on mic, and sprying a pornographic image, but he did not sent me any evidence of that, so I must ban you?, or I must to ask him, please, David "The Gnome", send me proof of that and I will take the proper action against this player.


P.S: where is the xenophobic offense?, he said Bolivian to a player of Bolivia.

For some time already it is very annoying always criticizing players of low level or that they don't play well.
Many players that they don't like this player for many reasons because they know it.
Not it is amusing to play with this player.

It is always being about demonstrating that he is better or that it plays as a great professional in this game.
The truth this game for my it is.  to know friends to have a good time with the errors that we make.
Achieving victories when finishing a map.

I understand that killogy thinks that a group of players search to expel him of the server.
But I say that it is bad when somebody this there to judge everything if you play well or not.
and also responding to questions in an inappropriate way.

To me it doesn't bother me. I understand that it should be a boy or teen with lack of conscience for not understanding that he can enjoy the game without making comments ugly and racist ultimadamente to me. As referring to me as Bolivian I have a name. And it is not necessary to refer to me as the Bolivian Spanish German or the American.
He always wants less to price you I suppose that.

Please I don't like a lot to neither talk about these things to comment them.
I have interest on things to enjoy more the game.

To show tests of what he makes or he says.
it is necessary a lot to revise in the chat charts or monitoriar that he makes him or he made.

I know, he is annoying, I told him many times. That´s called egocentrism. He is not the only player critizing to others, because the skill level or telling to others to change to the other team, even Charmander is doing it "telling to others to change to the other team".

But this chupi-pandi group, urge in discussion with him so they all are provoking each other, pretending to ban him, so Í´m not wrong when I´m thinking about a plot group to ban some specific player. And as you are feeling alluded, even if I did´t say nothing about you, this is the confirmation of the existence of a plot to ban to GM.

Charmander is accusing to GM of something that members of this chupi-pandi group are doing too, so why I must to ban to GM only?

P.S: If I have mentioned some names, is because Charmander is accusing to GM of doing something that is bothering him, but others players are doing the same thing and he never reported them to us. I don´t like the hipocresy and cinism, and he is asking to be an admin?? no way...

I´m trying to be coherent with my decisions, If I told to Charmander why he is reporting GM but not other players doing the same thing as GM, is because the same thing happened with GM and Samir long time ago, and you know which was my decision?? BAN to GM 1 Week. So I should ban Charmander 1 Week too.

I kind of understand your point of view, Killogy and respect it but I don't agree with you on these things:  

You say that my report is a matter of hatred against this player and this is not true   . The fact that you don't like the way someone behaves, it doesn't really mean that you must hate them automatically. I clearly said that I don't like to play with him for a lot of my own reasons (many of them are clearly stated in my previous message: mocking, teasing, message spamming, etc) but I don't hate him nor anybody. There's more to life than go hating around everyone    

You say that I was asked to report this guy to the forum's administrator just because someone in my "chupi-pandi" group asked me to. Sorry but I'm old enough to know how to act on my own. For some reason, I've started reading the chat logs and stats for some time now, which is something I never did before and all of this happened on last Sunday evening on this part of the world but the log says it was on the 14th because the server is in Europe. I was playing in the afternoon and when I got out of the server, I kept following the events on my cell phone from time to time. I only do this when I have some free time that's why I can't report everyone who is breaking the server rules and while I have been playing, I've never seen anyone spraying pornographic images, cheating or evading bans. I mean I'm not a moaner. It's just sometimes things come to a point where you say: "hey, I've had enough of that" "enough is enough!!".  It's no fun when you have to put up with some guy making fun of you all the time for a mistake you just might make.

I'm not here on behalf of a group or something. I'm just here for myself, for my own beliefs and convictions and I believe that if a player has been banned for different reasons a certain number of times before. That means he's not learning the lesson and I don't understand why you guys don't give him a final warning so that he really changes his ways.  

Let's be honest, if you keep answering someone back with their adjective of nationality in a contemptuous way uhmmm I don't know you guys but to me, there's a light smell of xenophobia in there and the context makes it clear: "won't you help diarrhoe? (the actual girl's name is Dailea and it kind of looks like it)  and then  "ok, Bolivian"  "easy, Bolivian" ... If It were me, I would definitely feel offended. It doesn't matter if I smooth out my speech with a hahaha, a XD or a lol phrase. If that person isn't your friend, he/she will feel uncomfortable.

Whether I should be banned or not, it's up to Albert, Killogy or another admin but let me remember you Killogy that you banned Grand after you found out he was doing the same things he was reporting. I can tell this by the link you provided. If I ever insulted, harassed or bullied someone then I will take my ban without complaint and change my ways but if I haven't, then you're not being consistent with your previous decisions and it doesn't make sense to me.

I must say i enjoy play with you because you are older player, addressing me in English (since do not understand Spanish).
Situation from past year is changed, loot of problematic players are banned, votekick abuse is disabled, and other left mention players are learned from their mistakes, and change behavior.
One in problematic group (for example) was Patty, and she is nice player now.
Problem was in grouping people who insults or teasing others, always got a Leader. Always one player is a leader witch others see like good super player, and copy his behavior. This is normal like bulling in schools, and group age are kids and teenagers. Cot of one head, and monster is down.
I must say, when i start play on Versus, resident players call me a nob, say myljach mrd, myljach go to other team, myljach speak spanish.
That was annoying, but if you know that kids addressing to you, it no mather. There is other people who is nice, and i enjoy in their company.
Some things are changed with baning  some of them, and left have a issues to correct.
I remember one situation, grandmaster change nick to Redbull. after 1 our he change again to Grandmaster. After couple mins, someone say:  el red bull tiene semen de toro
This is directly insult to GM, and you all start speak normally, couple ??, and when admin read this, may think someone drink redbull call semen. I know it is not like that, but i didnt ban that person, because everybody have butter on his head.
If i ban sterile for reasons like that, all players will be banned. That days  Gm ask me to kick players from game who is neew in his team, because he tink he is expert, and "nobs" slow down him.
But for grandmaster, must say: everybody was "nobs" in beginning, and pass same shit, and everybody deserve chance to play.
Remember server rules? Help each other, be friendly.
And one thing for GM says to him (cannt remember in game or here in forum) is TC equilibrium:  try learn to play with newbie players in your team, and win with them.

GM is little annoying player, and i warn him to mic spam, warn him now to don't ask me to kick players from game, everybody have rights to play, but he must work in behavior to others, he is young teenager, and he sometimes don't think, or found provoked.
And yes, he was lately banned 1wk for one/two insult.
and he have potential to be a Writer, because i dont know how he can write that much comments and play in same time
So in this situation i watch like in place where i work: sometimes wen we work somewhere we got in argue, verbal fight, insults...But allays we stick together, and forgot bad words. So here is similar situation.
It is impossible have a server always full, nice and friendly players, who are pro-expert in this game ( no newbies), but with work and tolerance to each other we can make this as a better place.

Thanks for your kind words Mylach. I also enjoy playing with you as you're a good teammate. At least they won't see me as a liar after you're saying it yourself that you warned Grand against mic spamming once.  

Why didn't I report other players who chat spam, too?  Simple, because they don't. No one else chat spams the most as Grand. It's kind of cool to send a smiley every now and again, maybe after accomplishing a map level. You and I even send smileys  like       after accomplishing a map level and ocasionally when playing. But he writes too much and it's bothersome, annoying .. I've given him pieces of advice many times, to watch his vocabulary, not to write using the "Y" key but the "U" key so only his team could read what he has to say, etc but he seems not to understand.  

If I created this topic was as a way of drawing attention  to this guy's behaviour which is making a lot of us feel uncomfortable when playing. He often causes me to have a headache. If I asked for his lifetime ban, it was just because I took a look at the sourceban page and  he's exceeding the amount of allowed ban limit which is 3 or 4 if I remember right.

You're taking great risk Mylach by answering this topic, you could be considered as part of the chupi-pandi gang who is plotting against a poor player who is as innocent as a holy saint and has never done anything wrong. On top of that, I think we should stop asking some other players to change team if they left theirs and came to ours and  then there would be teams out of balance. Because I saw you  little brat    , asking for it when Ks_b or something  left his team the other day and I also did the same (asked him to stay in his team). This is what Killogy might mean by saying I do the same as Grand. The only difference is that he asks the "bad players" to go to the other team so he could win alongside "good players".

 Anyway, as I said it's up to you guys what to do. I just reported it as the server rules state.  Have a great rest of the day and have fun    

Everybody know about GM and his behavior, like i say, he is a kid, and only annoying, not insulting anybody, but walk to the edge. we believe we can save him, to not pas to the dark side of force . He is something like your little brother, who need education.
Other who was banned was much worse behavior, so... he is something like mascot (we don't have a better yet)

Killogy also said for him, he is annoying and ego tripper, and that is his personality. If he change trough time that behavior, maybe he grow up in a good man and find a descent Job like you.

So if GM popup in counter in your Bank - don't give him a Credit
Or you can always scare him and record like a prank in Halloween

So i watch him like a lost soul who need help. Or ban, if he turn in to a Masterkiller or Mondra.

You don´t know nothing about my warnings to GM via PM. I  have no obligation of posting or mention to you, my PM´s with GM and any discussion about GM behaviour, the only one who need to know this is GM and rest of admins.

1 or 2 of your friends are spamming with same chats smiles, but you got bothered only if GM uses these smiles.

I had ban GM because he did the same as you are doing now, reporting a player than he dislike but at same time, protecting his friends and not reporting them to us, when they are doing the same things he was reporting. As I already said, you are reporting to GM, but do not reporting to players of your chupipandi group. So my decision to be coherent is to take the same action I took with GM long time ago.

Why he is sending "sdgsgergerghwt4634twtwTGWETGWS" messages, so obvious, I warned several times, he wil be banned if he insult to others players, since this warning. he send this kind of messages to free his frustration instead insult to other calling him noob or something worst. I prefer this kind of message than insults or vulgar expresions.

You get bother when he said bolivian or diarrhoe but you are not the player that these messages refer to, these players was laughing and saying, he will be banned lol. It´s obvious, their goal is to provoke to GM and get enough evidence to justify a ban. That´s because they don´t get offended, because they was getting their goal.

So NO I don´t will take any actions against GM, because everything was a plot to provoke to GM and your chupipandi group was going with the flow.


The goal of this chupipandi group, to provoke a discussion with GM so he will get enraged and he will talk bad things, and then to have some proof and justify his permanent ban.

P.S: A high Ranked player, member of your chupipandi gang said "I don´t want to say it in the chat, because they ban just for giving an opinion".  Tell me how many players has been banned just for saying their opinión??. NONE. You chupipandi friend is calling us Tyrants or Despots or Oppressors. Why you did not report him?.

Permanent bans are reserved for players breaching the rules gravely. racism, xenophobic (I´m one of them in your polite opinion), not for players that you dislike for doing the same things as your chupipandi friends are doing. If I ban GM just for saying, bolivian or sending the same smiles images as you chupipandi friends are sending in the chat, I become a tyrant, so if some admins wants to give you powers, then ban GM, but the admin need to know, he becomes a Tyrant.

You dislike his smiles image, you dislike when he is saying "gdefrgergerggsg", and you want to ban him, just for that (not your friends). Maybe a group of players provoking him deserved to be banned too.

HERE a little proof about chupipandi friends spamming with smiles. (Charmeleon) he never has clomplained or bothered when his chupipandi friends was spamming the chat, but here, on forum, he said he got bothered because GM spamming the same smiles images   Only GM? And you think you will be a good admin, reporting only what you are interested?.

And what about, when your chupipandi friends are advertising other servers names? you don´t care ?
