It is installed on alServ2017 for quite some time.
But it can cause problems like this:

-Client side crashes on c5m3_park for low performance computers (Solutions: Higher car health - Lower particle time - Disable the plugin on that map) - Unable to find permanent solution, stick with the other ways the plugin offer.

And I assume it may cause problems on custom maps too.

So for stability reasons I think it is better to not install it on alServ2018 and alServ2019
