M60 and Gun Control stuff disabled Empty

I have disabled the M60 stuff on GunGameMod server.
These things were there because the server started as a copy of the 27019 server.
The M60 stuff should not be needed because reload is not needed/possible in GunGameMod.
I hope everything with M60 is still working.
