Weapon switching exploit fixed

I have fixed the exploit where you could switch weapons so quickly that it was faster than reloading the weapon.

Now you can pick the same weapon again only if its ammo is 0.

And you will have to wait 5 seconds to be able to select another level 2 weapon.
