Campaign: Back to school

We have tested the campaign [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] again on alServ2018.

In map 3 and 5 our clients crashed to desktop once.
But the server was still running fine and we could reconnect.
Saw this with some other campaign too.
Don't remember which one it was.

We need to check if "Back to school" will cause the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] like "Redemption 2" did.
If pipes are working I'll install Back to school on all servers again.
So please play this campaign and report problems.

So I will enable "Back to school" on all servers for now.

Maybe we should give it another try now.
When [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for player slot handling some custom campaigns were working better as before.

So last night I was playing BTS on alserv2019 and it crashed the game when I tried to leave the saferoom. (playing with a legit copy on steam, if that helps)

I love how the bile and pipe bomb works now.

The [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in this topic is not the "pipe bomb" and "bile" [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] that I have modified too.
