Campaign added: "Dead High School"

I've added the campaign [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] on all servers.

It has a little bug but the campaign is good nevertheless.
In some classrooms there are invisible tables.
Just jump through these classrooms or stay next to the walls.
So you should get through the rooms quickly.
