CI health is depending on the number of survivors.
1-4 : 70
5 : 75
6 : 80
7 : 85
8-10 : 90
SI health
All SI have default health.

Tank health (set by MultiTanks plugin)
Regular tanks : 18000
Tanks on final map (Before final start!) : 16000
Final tanks : 32000
Final tanks (Second Wave) : 63000
When escape start : 17000
