Some infected health info for 18/19

Due to some request I'll post some infected health settings here.
This only reflects the current values from today.

Weapon damage
Nothing is changed here. Weapon damage is default.

CI health
CI health is depending on the number of survivors.
1-4 : 70
5 : 75
6 : 80
7 : 85
8-10 : 90

SI health
All SI have default health.

Witch health
4000

Tank health (set by MultiTanks plugin)
Regular tanks : 18000
Tanks on final map (Before final start!) : 16000
Final tanks : 32000
Final tanks (Second Wave) : 63000
When escape start : 17000
