keep 2018 dynamic and let 2019 be a chill server that's basically only on Advance or Expert if someone calls a vote for it.
We never should play on normal, it's not the alserv way of killing zombies.

You are half right, the normal level should be played only by newbies.

Sometimes, offline with bots is not the same as online on a custom server like the ones that Albert has setup.
