Added "Junior" to the list of bad names

In HLstatsX we have many players with name "Junior" from many different countries.
It seems that this is a new generic name in steamless versions of the game.
So the name "Junior" is no longer allowed.
The name checker plugin will ban players who have "Junior" in their name.
