Renamed the Server to "alServ2021 GunGameMod RPG"

And I have added "RPG" to the GunGameMod server name.
Also renamed the GunGameMod forum.
And I wrote some notes to the MOTD in game as well.

Maybe this helps a little to keep new players on the server so that they don't rage quit because of "missing weapons".

Today i was there and nice Job! I hope it will atract new players. Maybe you can these text copy/paste in some pages with games info like gametracker. For some people is easy to find rules in gametracker, than forum alserv. I remember i must get pen to write down after first 3 weeks plaing here, and before search gametracker or other for info.

I dont know do you must extra pay for info text and pics.
Im going to try find is there any plagins for super tanks for download described in atached link evildeadUK (http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/178.32.57.83:27015/) or owner of server is made plugins by itself or some programmer like Errorr. I think it will be more funny and someting new.

That Super Tanks plugin might be the one we have installed on 19.

Is exist possibility to put this plugin in 2021? To refresh server with new thing? In 2021 as long i play only seen 2 tipes. Tank with bowling ball, and only once, when server was full (10 players) and heavy diff (expert) - ghost tank.
I dont know do you must only copy/paste plugin and edit cvars, or must programing some codes?
My sugestion, if you decide to add plugin is to put 16 supertanks to spawn randomly by tipes. And must play 19 to see how it works there. For now, im only on 2021 and 2022.
