L4D2: Custom campaign reset

After finishing a custom campaign a default official map is loaded now.
The clients stay in game and can choose or vote the next map when the default official map has been a loaded.
This reset is done by the force missing changer plugin.
All final custom map are included and will trigger the loading of the default official map from the config the file.
