Abusing admin powers

An admin cant give his PC or steam account third person to use it on server where he is admin ?

yesterday we have big problem with this, result with ban and anoying other players, and kicking one admin account

I have added a line in the first post.
It should be clear that nobody should let others play with his account.
No matter if he is admin or not.
So if this happens again, tell me the account and I may remove the admin powers of that account.

i will notify that admin about this, and before - true steam chat i inform him about damage what he cause.

It is so hard to find new players and make tham regular, and is so easy to loose people.
