We are tested this campaign in Gungamemod server and is working good but players need to set video settings paged pool to medium or high otherwise game will crash.

Thanks to Snakecharmed, he has helped us to know that this was the cause of why the game crashed for some players.

I personally didn't have any issues, but we found out the crash only happens at the start of map 3 if the paged pool memory setting isn't set to high (or medium). Here are the relevant settings in the video menu.

(Also, no, I am genuinely not trying to brag about my settings; this game is nine years old after all.)

The developer also suggested model/texture detail should be set to high as well, although this step might not be necessary.

All other maps in the campaign loaded fine without crashing.

This campaign has dynamic paths, and one of the paths in map 4 led to an apparent dead end where we couldn't advance further. There may be a way to complete it, but we weren't able to find a YouTube video walkthrough that covered this specific path. If you get stuck, incapacitate everyone to fail the map and start it again to hopefully load a different path.

Thanks for that, game by default have memory pool set to high, but i low down for other reasons, and i suggest others to do same. Just need to remember return it to high when play this custom map.
Reason is: memory pool is virtual memory of game. Capacity of pool is approximately big compared with RAM on PC (like pagefile, more RAM on Pc, bigger pagefile, more RAM bigger pool), and since this game is 9 yo, and modern PCs with low POOL have bigger pool then older PC (due more RAM memory), is enough for play having low POOL. High pool settings may cause issue for many players, like very long time to connecting in servers. All are in saferoom, and person with high memory pool need wait to load in server 2 mins longer.
Why is POOL in conflict with some game files, may be due to programming of custom map, and may be the character model with high polygons issue.
