Question about power of Grenade Launcher

Recently someone asked why the power of the Grenade Launcher is set to 0.75
The one who asked was looking at the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] which says 0.75
But this is not a power modifier of the GL.
It is just the modifier used to calculate points when you kill with the GL.
So the GL settings like damage and radius are not modified on the servers.
The zombies and special infected etc. generally have more health and the health is also regulated automatically on some servers depending on the number of players.
So it may seem to you that the GL is weaker.
But actually the zombies are just stronger.
