Fixed M60 and Grenade Launcher reload Empty

It seems that the latest big valve update also broke the M60 and Grenade Launcher reload plugins.

Xeno and me fixed that yesterday with using new plugins from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

This new plugin seems to work fine now and we could disable the old ones: M60.smx and m60_reloadhax.vpk
