Melee unlock fixed

Since the last big update to v2.1.2.5 the melee unlock via melee_unlock.vpk did not work anymore.
Valve changed something here too.

We have recognized this yesterday.
Luckily there is a new extension [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] which seems to work fine.
It even replaces the l4d2_knife_unlock.smx plugin.
I've added this line to the server2.cfg to enable the riot shield too (all in one line):

Now all servers should be fine again:

• the buy system on the Coop servers
  
• the GunGameMod melee menu
  
• the random melee spawns in all other maps
