L4D2: lock/unlock difficulty vote Empty

Admins can lock and unlock the difficulty vote with the admin menu:
Server - Cfg - lock/unlock difficulty vote
This lock is reset in each map.
So don't forget to lock after each map load to prevent noob votes for easy.
