Reset of items at each round start

I've modified the GunGame plugin a little.

All your used items should now be available again when the map is lost and the round is restarted.

So when you fail and all die (e.g. because of Expert difficulty^^) you should have all the items available again.

So the items are now restricted to one use per round and not as before to one use per map.
