Is possible to mute them, so they cant write? in any case they only write rude words

If I remember right MASTERKILLER already got a second chance so this will most likely result in a permanent bann I guess from albert. I can bann them myself but I guess it's better to leave this to the main administrators.

Just to make things clear
*Sometimes other players speak spanish or russian in the server but the thing is that they don't insult other players with their native language
*Is so annoying, when you enter to the server happy and then you see 6vs1, and the bigger team is saying things like "Disgusting noob" or "go back to play a game more according to your mental age" and that is accompanied usually with laugh spam
*Masterkiller was friendly firing against the player Pc 05 for unknown reasons
*Now regarding to the screenshot: loxa suggested to change the campaign, so david started a votation. for an unknown reason that started the rage of patty and master killer and they begun to insult ours team. This passable, but when all the days is the same, you begin to accumulate annoyance towards them
*Refering to @VIVONX i believe that perma ban is a too much but i will be happy if they are muted for some time

Nope. If all in this theme is true - they deserve permanent ban.
I'm very tolerant with people, until this people don't behave yourself like a shit.
And they already got second chance from albert. Some people will never learn.

I share the same opinion as Kotory . It's not too much as one of them already got a second chance and he didn't live with it. Some people never learn (again quoting Kotory). They need to be permanently banned or else they will never learn. I consider myself a very tolerate person myself so it's hard to make me perma bann someone, but if it's about very vulgar language then I will have to take actions. I only banned a single player permanently so far through my admin career here and it was because he insulted the whole team in a very harsh way and it was said so vulgarly that I simply couldn't bear it.
Team Killers (I mean someone who does it on purpose) , Mic Spammers usually get 1 day bann from me (I don't remember giving them any longer than this ) , so that they could learn from their mistakes. I take actions according to the weight of the guilt. For example a very harsh vulgar language results in a permanent bann, while team killing or mic spamming on purpose results in a 1 day bann from me. That's how I do it. Maybe I'm too soft but I don't think so.

Helo guys, i play before couple mins, and yes, they all talk in spanish, and lots of insult when i later put in google translate. Loots of NOOB and IDIOTAS words to oposite team. These all teenagers and kids.

Hello, I see that happened to me at times but it's annoying that campaign begin to change all the time, in fact I do not say direct rudeness, the short to not sound so bad, example in Spanish: que mrd.

I think we need new admin, who preferably plays on versus server. This will solve most problems after few moderate bans.

If someone insulted you - just report to admins. Chat can be checked easily and they get ban. For example ask vivonx, he plays relatively often

hello my name is ghost and wanted to comment on that I think should not , it's my opinion, not be as strict and bear with us because we are stressed out the day we had and we want to relax by playing a clean game but some people comes and puts us in a bad mood so insulted that is momentarily , we are good people like you but we are very stressed and we got even inadvertently and finally I would ask in my name and masterkiller we play at night sorry if we caused any class problem.

Specifically, 99% of the times you are the one in the server that is always putting in bad mod other players, ironically today, the day that you are apologizing you was saying "noob de mierda"(noob of shit) to santi, when he logged off and donmaton entered instead of him you said that too to him lol.

Now, that was only after a few minutes after he connected to the server, why he was in bad mood already? who of the three players insulted him? you can see the chat logs freely nobody insulted him, he is always like that, you can see chat logs of yesterday or of the other days of the week, he is a player that enjoys to insult his teammates because he considers them (in his own words) "noobs of shit" even when he is winning the match

PS: there are too records today of him insulting the following players: grand master, joker, ricardo and jesus, seriously whats wrong with him?

Ok I decided. I will try to play on the versus server as often as I can. I don't like versus, I prefer the coop servers but it seems this server need someone who can watch over the players. Although I cannot promise that I can take care of every single situation (I can't be online all day after all, I have a job and a private life which everyone has ), not to mention the spanish insults. I don't speak spanish nor do I know a single word of it so it's nearly impossible for me to translate what they are saying.

you can always use google translator if you have feeling that somebody insult others
